Nuxeo Comes to DUMBO

Nuxeo, a global software company, has leased a 12,500-square-foot space at 10 Jay St. in Brooklyn’s DUMBO neighborhood for its new global headquarters.

“Nuxeo’s technology-oriented business is a perfect fit for the dynamic DUMBO neighborhood, and we are proud to work with this compelling company as it continues to represent innovation in Brooklyn,” said Joseph Sipala, associate with Newmark Knight Frank (NKF), which represented Nuxeo in the transaction.

Jones Lang Lasalle represented Glacier Global & Triangle Assets, the owner of the 221,501-square-foot building which, despite its modern-looking glass facade, is more than 100 years old and has recently undergone a multi-million dollar renovation.
