Nuveen Global Investments Acquires 3.5M-SF Industrial Portfolio for $272M

Nuveen Global Investments has acquired a 3.5 million-square-foot industrial portfolio in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina for $272 million. The sale marks the largest industrial portfolio sale in the Southeast in 2020.

The portfolio consists of six Class A speculative industrial assets. Four assets are in Florida with one in Georgia and one in North Carolina. The properties include Country Line Logistics Center in Plant City, FL; Park 27 in Davenport, FL; 27 Logistics Park in Davenport, FL; I-4 Commerce Center in Lake Mary, FL; 985 Lanier Logistics in Buford, GA and Airport South in Charlotte, N.C.

Chris Riley, Frank Fallon and Trey Embrey of CBRE represented the sellers, McCraney Property Company and Northwestern Mutual, in the transaction.
