NTT Data Moving HQ to One Legacy West

NTT Data International LLC inked a deal with Gaedeke Group LLC to take down 41% of the soon-to-deliver One Legacy West in Plano, TX. The global IT giant is using the 126,715 square feet for its North American headquarters.

The 307,824-square-foot, 14-story One Legacy West, located at 7950 Legacy Dr., is situated on 11 acres at the northwest gateway to the $3 billion, 240-acre, mixed-use urban development in West Plano. NTT Data, headquartered in Japan, will initially house 600 employees in its new digs. The employee base will consist of new hires and relocations from both the current Plano locations and across the United States.

Belinda Dabliz represented Gaedeke. Steve Jarvie and Damian Rivera with E Smith Realty Partners were the tenant representatives. E Smith Realty Partners also negotiated incentives from the state of Texas and the city of Plano.
