NRP Breaks Ground in Cleveland’s Broadway-Slavic Neighborhood
The NRP Group broke ground on 5115 at The Rising, a mixed-use residential community in Cleveland’s Broadway-Slavic Village neighborhood. Reportedly the largest capital investment the community has seen in 25 years, the project is being developed in collaboration with University Settlement, a social services provider that has served area residents for more than 90 years.
5115 at The Rising will bring 78 apartment homes and 10 townhomes to the neighborhood, including 18 one-bedroom, 48 two-bedroom, and 22 three-bedroom units. The development will be financed with support from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency, KeyBank, Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, the City of Cleveland, Third Federal Foundation and other partners.
“Broadway-Slavic Village is a unique area that has a lot of potential, and we’re happy to have a hand in contributing to its growth with 5115 at The Rising,” said Aaron Pechota, SVP of development at MRP.
