NorthMarq Secures $20M Acquisition Loan for Metro D.C. Office Property

NorthMarq has arranged a $19.5 million loan for 1199 North Fairfax Street, a 108,118-square-foot office building in Alexandria, VA.

Located eight miles south of downtown Washington D.C., the 10-story building includes an underground parking garage and was 87% leased at the time of financing.

NorthMarq secured a 10-year term loan through a life insurance company on behalf of the borrower, who was not disclosed. Terms of the financing included a fixed interest rate followed by a 30-year amortization schedule.
