NorthMarq Capital Selects New Dallas VP

Ruth Davis joined the NorthMarq Capital team as Vice President at the commercial real estate financer’s Dallas regional office.

Her industry experience spans multiple companies, including Swearingen and Integra Realty Resources. Prior to joining NorthMarq Capital, Davis spent three years at Dougherty Mortgage, originating loans for the senior and apartment real estate sectors.

“Her extensive experience with seniors housing and multifamily, coupled with our expanded scope of direct financing options, will allow her to bring creative solutions to our client relationships,” said NorthMarq Capital’s Jeff Erxleben.

Davis holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate and urban land economics, as well as a master’s degree in real estate appraisal and investment analysis, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
