North State Express Signs 157K-SF Industrial Lease in Durham

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 157,000-square-foot industrial lease for trucking company North State Express at Regional Commerce Center in Durham, NC. The facility is located at 708 Ellis Rd.

Hunter Willard, Larry Lakins, and Andrew Young of Cushman & Wakefield represented North State Express in the lease negotiations. Jim Allaire of Foundry Commercial advised the owner, Scannell Properties.

“Regional Commerce Center is strategically located just north of the Research Triangle Park, and offers prime access to major highways, which is perfect for North State Express and the clients they serve,” said CushWake’s Willard. “Additionally, with the 32-foot clear heights and ample space for trailer parking, the building offers everything they need to be poised for future growth.”
