North Scottsdale Lofts Redevelopment Signs Anchor Tenant

Scottsdale-based George Oliver and Vancouver-based Kootenay Holdings signed a new anchor tenant lease with Solidifi Title & Closing at LOFTS at the District in North Scottsdale. The New York-based company will take 12,664 square feet at the Class A, loft-style boutique office project for a new-to-market regional office.

The commitment brings LOFTS at the District to roughly 65% leased just months after the move-in-ready development delivered to the market. George Oliver converted an existing but underutilized, high-end commercial development at 15551 N. Greenway Hayden Loop into five upscale office suites ranging from 2,000 to 10,000 square feet.

West USA’s Holly Ellis represented the tenant. JLL’s Ryan Timpani and Nick Bialkowski represented the landlord.

Timpani says, “The new tenants at LOFTS are all there for similar advantages – a very high-end demographic and a mixed-use office product that has on-site retail and office suites with some of the best finishes in the Valley.”
