North American Title Opens CRE Office in Salt Lake

Miami, FL-based North American Title (NAT) has opened a commercial real estate-only office in Salt Lake City’s Wells Fargo Center, at 299 S. Main St. Justin Scott, a 17-year industry veteran, will oversee the new CRE office as branch manager and senior commercial escrow officer.

The remainder of the staff includes P. David Dickard, vice president, regional underwriting counsel for North American Title Insurance Co.; Ruth Rubel, and Thomas Harper. Michael Lewis, North American Title’s senior vice president, state manager, will also work from the new office.

“Salt Lake City’s reputation as the new ‘Silicon Valley’ has amplified its long-held reputation as the ‘Wall Street of the West,’ with businesses flocking to take advantage of the city’s educated and motivated workforce, as well as its more affordable rents,” Lewis said.
