Nortco Tops Out on South Harlem Condo Project

Construction has topped out at Nortco Development’s Eleven Hancock in Harlem.  The developer has also launched a teaser website providing potential buyers a first look at the ground-up luxury condominium located at 11 Hancock Pl., near Morningside Park and just south of 125th Street.

Scheduled for completion in spring 2020, the 12-story, 130,000-square-foot building will comprise 71 studio, one, two, three and four-bedroom units. The residential portion of the building sits above a 30,000-square foot retail space spread across three floors.

“There is a lot of pent-up demand for newly-built product in the area,” said Halstead Property’s Jeff Krantz, who is marketing Eleven Hancock. “Eleven Hancock is a stand-out option for buyers seeking a gleaming new building located just one stop to Midtown on the express train.  It is close to many of Harlem’s best restaurants, shopping and entertainment.”
