Nominate the Top Commercial Brokers of 2019

Do you know a commercial real estate broker or team who made a big impact in 2019? For the third year in a row, Connect Commercial Real Estate will be spotlighting the industry’s top brokers, and we’re inviting you to help us make our selections.

Based on your nominations, we’ll recognize 110 leading brokers or teams of brokers, including both brokers who specialize in property sales and brokers who specialize in leasing. That includes:

• Ten National winners
• Ten California winners
• Ten Seattle winners
• Ten Phoenix/Southwest winners
• Ten Texas winners
• Ten Chicago winners
• Ten Boston winners
• Ten New York winners
• Ten Washington, D.C. winners
• Ten Atlanta/Southeast winners
• Ten Florida winners

We’ll consider the transactions completed by the brokers in 2019, relative to the number of team members who share credit, and considering the total dollar volume of deals, the total square footage of deals and the total number of deals. The deadline for nominations is Jan. 31.

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. In this capacity, he oversees daily operations while also reporting on both local/regional markets and national trends, covering individual transactions across all property types, as well as delving into broader subject matter.
