NKF’s Kasselman Brokers Ind. Deals in Chicagoland

NKF’s Geoffrey Kasselman has completed a series of industrial deals—leases as well as sales—in both Chicagoland and the suburbs of Detroit. The deals totaled more than 615,000 square feet, and were valued at $37 million.

Kasselman and NKF senior managing director Tamara Haney completed a long-term lease renewal on behalf of a Fortune 100 NKF corporate client for 40,912 square feet on approximately 4.25 acres at 7145 Sante Fe Dr. in Hodgkins, IL. Jupiter Realty Services represented landlord CenterPoint Properties.

The Chicago-based executive managing director also arranged the capital markets sale of 800 South Rohlwing Rd. in Addison, IL on behalf of the seller, IDI Gazeley and JP Morgan Chase. The 42,341-square-foot flex showroom was sold to ForeFront Properties. Kasselman also arranged an industrial lease in Lyon Township, MI and a property sale in Chesterfield, MI, as well as transactions in Denver and Baltimore.
