NKF To Lease 3.25M-SF Viking Lakes Development

MV Eagan Ventures plans to develop Viking Lakes, a 3.25-million-square-foot master-planned MXU development in Eagan, MN. The 200-acre project includes corporate office, retail, hospitality, multi-family residential, a medical office building and sports medicine center.

The project boasts open and public spaces, including trails, water/wetland preserves and other amenities to provide connectivity, all anchored by the Minnesota Vikings new 40-acre team headquarters and practice facility, the Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center.

The multi-phased development plan includes seven districts. The Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center and TCO Stadium are under construction and scheduled to be completed in March 2018. A 78,000-square-foot medical office building and a 55,000-square-foot mixed-use building for TCO’s Sports Medicine Center along with the Vikings Team Store are being built.

The developer includes Minnesota Vikings owners Zygi, Mark and Leonard Wilf. NKF’s John McCarthy, Jack Reipke, and William Cohen are handing the leasing for Viking Lakes.
