NKF Team Inks 3 Deals at Grande Commons

NKF has arranged three new office leases at Grande Commons at 440 Route 22 East in Bridgewater, NJ on behalf of the property’s ownership, American Equity Partners. Jamie Drummond, Andrew Perrotti and Daniel Reider of NKF represented ownership in procuring the tenants.

The tenants include Nistica, represented by Cushman & Wakefield; Renesas Electronics America, Inc., represented by JLL, and Ajante Pharma. Nistica signed a long-term lease for 35,000 square feet; Renesas signed a long-term extension totaling 21,500 square feet; and Ajanta signed an 8,300-square-foot expansion and extension.

The 200,000-square-foot Grande Commons is in the process of a multi-million-dollar renovation scheduled for completion this fall. “Ownership has been diligent in delivering premier office space that today’s tenants demand,” said Drummond. “Their vision to renovate Grande Commons has attracted new tenants and enticed existing tenants to extend and expand within the building.”
