NKF Selected by RPW Group for White Plains Assignment

Rye Brook, NY-based RPW Group selected NKF for the leasing assignment of 925 and 1025 Westchester Ave. in White Plains, NY. The two, five-story Class A office properties consist of a combined 200,000 square feet, and have an overall occupancy of 70%.

The two properties were recently acquired by RPW Group from Normandy Real Estate Partners for $14.75 million. The new owners already have initiated major capital improvements, including new landscaping, expanded amenities and upgrades to common areas and tenant spaces.

The NKF brokers handling the leasing of the properties include Larry Ruggieri and Glenn Walsh.

Ruggieri says, “This is the first acquisition for RPW Group since Alex and Andrew Weisz decided to join their father, Robert, in the family business. It is an excellent opportunity to work with the next generation at the firm, and we look forward to the continued expansion of the RPW brand in Westchester.”
