NKF Seeks Lead Tenant for 5 Garret Mountain

NKF is marketing Mountain Development Corp.’s 5 Garret Mountain Plaza in Woodland Park, NJ, with a view toward signing a sole tenant or a lead tenant of not less than 50,000 square feet.

The 101,880-square-foot property, which is slated to undergo a complete renovation, had previously been occupied in its entirety by Cytec Industries. This marks the first time it has been available since opening in 1984.

“This space is ideal for the tenant that has a real vision for the future,” said NKF’s David Simson. “There are simply no other freestanding buildings of this size located directly off I-80 that offer a tenant this kind of access and exposure.”

The property is part of a three-building, 30-acre campus totaling 401,000 square feet of office. “We look forward to working with a future tenant to help create their state-of-the-art office space,” said Michael Seeve, president of MDC.
