NKF Nabs 600 Lex Leasing Assignment
NKF has been appointed by Property Group Partners (PGP) to market the office space at 600 Lexington Ave. A team of NKF’s Robert Silver, Scott Brown and Anthony Sciacca will market and handle leasing for the 36-floor, 305,564-square-foot tower.
Current availabilities include 6,780 square feet on the entire 32nd floor, 6,780 square feet on the entire 30th floor and 8,607 square feet on the entire 11th floor.
“This modern, boutique office tower has every convenience that today’s tenants require, and offers a premier location in the Plaza District,” said Silver. “The property’s small floor plates, fantastic view and enhanced tenant amenities present an outstanding opportunity for boutique tenancies. Both spaces are expected to be open by the end of the year.”
Locally-based PGP was founded in the 1970s as Louis Dreyfus Property Group. It acquired 600 Lexington from SL Green Realty Corp. in early 2018.
