NKF Expands Valuation/Advisory Team in OH, KY and IN
NKF has expanded five Valuation & Advisory (V&A) offices throughout Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. Ryan Cloern and Jennifer Cundiff are the newest members of the 18-person regional team, which also includes Thomas Sherick, Kelly Fried, Ron Dooman, Julie Kahn and Robert Kamb.
Cloern joins NKF’s Louisville office as VP with more than 15 years’ experience. Cundiff is also based in Louisville and has also joined from Valbridge Property Advisors.
Twenty-five year veteran Sherick has joined NKF’s Cincinnati office as SVP. He previously worked for more than 19 years with Gem Real Estate Advisory Group, where SVP Fried spent 11 years before joining the Cincinnati office. SVP Ron Dooman, based in NKF’s Indianapolis office, has joined from Capital One.
Kahn brings more than 11 years’ experience to NKF’s Columbus office as VP. In common with Kahn, VP Kamb is based in Columbus and comes to NKF from Cushman & Wakefield.
