NKF Capital Markets Adds Feinberg to Team

Stephen Feinberg (pictured) has joined NKF Capital Markets as director in its debt & structured finance group. Feinberg has eight years of institutional real estate experience across various disciplines including capital markets, acquisitions, development, asset management and portfolio management.

Most recently, Feinberg served as VP on the New York metro capital Markets team at JLL. “The addition of Stephen to the Capital Markets team will ensure that we continue to feature the brightest minds in the commercial real estate market, who will continue to broker high-level transactions that fit the needs of our clients,” said Dustin Stolly, who co-heads NKF’s debt and structured finance platform with Jordan Rosechlaub.

“Stephen brings a great energy to our team and a level of expertise that will enable our platform to grow tremendously,” added Roeschlaub.
