NJ-Based Monahan CBRE’s Top Industrial Producer for 2017

CBRE’s top industrial producer in the Americas for 2017 was EVP Thomas Monahan, based at the firm’s Saddle Brook, NJ office. It’s the first time the company has given this nationwide accolade to a New Jersey-based brokerage professional, although it’s also the third year in a row that Monahan has earned overall top performance honors at the state level.

Monahan set the pace nationally with more than 50 leasing deals with an aggregate value of over $500 million. Among these were a 923,000-square-foot lease in Edison on behalf of Seagis Property Group, and a 718,200-square-foot transaction in Perth Amboy on behalf of Bridge Development.

“Tom continues to deliver remarkable results for his clients through a combination of deep market expertise, strong strategic leadership, comprehensive financial acumen and a unique ability to identify opportunities ahead of the market,” said Jeff Hipschmn, CBRE senior managing director.
