NGKF Unveils New DTLA Office at The Bloc
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) moved into a new 15,000-square-foot office in DTLA that is a combination of creativity, wellness, and efficiency, designed by OKB Architecture. The brokerage firm is redefining “creative office” for more than 60 employees located at The Bloc.
NGKF research and input from a multi-generational workforce helped inform the new space’s design. Planning strategy conducted for occupier clients and online visual crowdsourcing tools were used to hone in on current workplace models and wellness trends.
NGKF’s William Robertson, who led the design process, says they considered a fully open office environment, but settled on a balanced approach. The new hybrid workplace incorporates a mix of open spaces on the exterior and private offices in the interior, along with high technology conference and collaborative areas.
