NGKF Represents EOP’s 164,007-SF Monterey Park Office Campus Sale

NGKF Capital Markets has been selected by Equity Office Properties to bring Los Angeles Corporate Center to market for sale. The 164,007-square-foot property is located at 1200 and 1255 corporate Center Drive in Monterey Park, CA on 11.9-acres of land.

Built from 1984 to 1986, the office campus is 98% occupied by an array of tenants, including corporate, agency, business and technology companies. Monterey Park’s unique location, 10 miles east of Downtown LA and along major corridors with immediate freeway access, is home to the largest concentration of Chinese Americans.
