Next Phase Launched on 1,000-Acre MXU

Developer Billingsley Co. launched construction on the next phase of the 1,000-acre Cypress Waters, a mixed-use development northwest of Dallas, TX. The phase will focus on adding more than 500 apartment units and retail space to a new section of the development known as The Sound. The new units are scheduled to deliver in early 2018.

Architect Hensley Lamkin Rachel Inc. is the designer of the apartment units, which will be near a lakeside street featuring low-rise retail and office buildings designed in various vintage architectural styles.
In addition, the developer will soon start work on a 250,000-square-foot office building in The Sound, dubbed 3100 Olympus Boulevard.
