NexCore Group Begins Work on 127K-SF Banner Health Center

Healthcare real estate developer NexCore Group LLC broke ground on Banner Health Center, a 127,243-square-foot, multispecialty medical office facility in Glendale, AZ. The project is being developed on a portion of 17.5 acres owned by Banner Health in the Aspera mixed-use development near 75th Avenue and Loop 101.

Upon completion in early 2021, the center will offer 128 exam and 13 imaging rooms. Clinical services will include family medicine, pediatrics, orthopedics, general surgery, dermatology, gastroenterology, cardiology, endocrinology and OB/GYM. Also on-site will be lab and pharmacy services, and a wellness trail around the site for patients and staff.

In addition to NexCore and Banner, the project team includes SmithGroup (architect) and Haydon Building Corp. (general contractor).
