NewQuest Crosswell Hires Retail Veteran Terry Parker

In an effort to build up its build-to-suit retail division, NewQuest Crosswell has hired Terry Parker as executive vice president. Parker, who will be based in North Texas, will help create what he terms “the largest build-to-suit retail development company” for the Houston-headquartered company.

Parker was previously at Dallas-based Encore’s Retail Single Tenant Division, and also worked for Embree Asset Group in the Austin, TX area. Through the years, Parker has developed a national network of brokers and consultants nationwide in the build-to-suit industry.
