Newmark Tapped to Lease Modernized 1501 Broadway

Rosemark Management and Levin Management unveiled a modernization of 1501 Broadway, the Paramount Building. The landmarked Midtown office tower’s ownership also appointed Newmark’s Matthew Leon, Stephen Gordon, Andrew Margolin and Nathan Kropp as the leasing agents for the reimagined 850,000-square-foot property.

Among other enhancements, Rosemark, Levin and Newmark collaborated with interior design firm MKDA to create a forward-thinking pre-built suite campaign. Along with the upgraded design, the new prebuilt suites, ranging from 1,000 to 45,000 square feet, will feature the latest COVID-19 safety measures and protocols.

“This is an iconic building with a rich history and character that has been upgraded to embrace its art deco past in a modern, forward-thinking fashion,” said Leon.

Gordon added, “Tenants will appreciate the efficient layouts and hospitality design focus in a storied property that is conveniently located and well-priced. These new suites represent the highest value proposition of any building in Midtown.”
