Newman Garrison Reveals Plans for Woodland Hills MXU
Costa Mesa, CA-based Newman Garrison + Partners, and Canoga Park, CA-based California Home Builders, unveiled designs for a new mixed-use development in Woodland Hills, CA. The 3.67-acre transit-oriented site is planned for 352 total units, including hotel units, studios, live/work spaces, and one, two and three-bedroom flats.
The development is located at Erwin and DeSoto, just east of Westfield’s Topanga Village Mall. This project is currently in the entitlement phase, with construction slated to begin in 2019 and an opening date anticipated in 2022.
The full development will offer the following amenities:
– 69,000 square feet of non-residential amenities, including retail, restaurants, offices, a fitness center and spa
– 12,400 square feet of residential common areas, including a Club Lounge and outdoor Sky Terrace Lounge
– 11,000 square foot fitness facility and indoor movie theatre
– 22,000 square feet of public, accessible outdoor space
