New, 1.3M-SF Logistics Center Leasing Fast

More than half of the industrial space has already been leased at the BridgePort Logistics Center, a new, 1.3-million-square-foot distribution center in Perth Amboy, NJ.

The center includes a new, 220,200-square-foot building at 960 High St., reportedly finished in August; a 718,200-square-foot building at 980 High St., finished in May; and a 354,250-square-foot building at 1000 High St.,completed in April. So far, the largest building has leased. The other two are still available.

“We believe the lease-up is consistent with the strong demand which exists in the market for buildings such as these. We just recently completed the shell construction of these buildings and anticipate a rapid lease up of the remaining space going forward,” said Jeff Milanaik, principal with developer Bridge Development Partners, to Connect Media.
