New Tenant Provides an Amenity at 220 Fifth Ave.

Breather — an on-demand provider of spaces for meetings — has signed a five-year lease for space at 220 Fifth Ave in Manhattan’s Midtown South neighborhood.

“We are excited to have them as a tenant, and ultimately see them as an amenity for the entire building,” said Matthew Lembo, a principal at Stellar Management, which owns the tower in partnership with Imperium Capital. NKF represented the owners. CBRE represented Breather, which will occupy the space in fall 2017.

Built in 1912, the tower currently has five full floors available for lease, each with 9,000 square feet of available space.
