New Seasons Market Hits Emeryville
New Seasons Market, a grocery retailer out of Portland, Ore., is opening a store in Emeryville. The location will be part of a mixed-use development, named Public Market, helmed by City Center Realty Partners and Angelo Gordon & Company.
The East Bay project is over 14.5 acres and will also have 450 units of housing. New Seasons Market will take up 35,000 square feet, and an additional 43,000 square feet of retail and restaurants at Public Market.
New Seasons Market has 16 stores in the Pacific Northwest, including one in San Jose. The Emeryville is expected to open in 2017.
