New Retail Concept Coming to Bond Street

RFR has arranged 15-year, 14,707-square-foot lease with Showfields at 11 Bond St. in NoHo. The new retail concept, a curated collection of direct-to-consumer brands, plans to open late this fall and will occupy the entire property.

EVP Jordan S. Claffey of RFR represented the landlord, with assistance from Christopher Owles and his team at Sinvin Real Estate. Brandon Singer of Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of the tenant.

Claffey observed that NoHo is home to “extraordinary fashion and fitness concepts, eateries and residential developments, including KITH, Lafayette restaurant and the Ian Schrager 40 Bond condominiums—all of which are located at RFR properties. As an architecturally significant five-story building located on one of the most prominent corners of NoHo, 11 Bond is the ideal place for this exciting new retail venture.”

Singer noted that the Showfields concept was “set to break the mold of the traditional retail market in one of NoHo’s most desirable locations.”
