New Blueprint, Rabina JV Plans Repositioning at Newly-Acquired Vancouver Campus
A pair of New York-based firms, New Blueprint Partners and Rabina, acquired The Vancouver Technology Center in East Vancouver, WA in a deal valued at $35 million. The former HP corporate campus will be renamed Vancouver Innovation Center to reflect the new and diverse uses planned for the property.
New Blueprint Partners’ Marc Esrig says, “We believe this campus is a unique community asset. It’s rare to find an opportunity to further upgrade a modern campus that provides such a rich array of amenities for tenants, workers and community members.”
The developers will embark on a multi-million-dollar repositioning of the 180-acre site to transform it into a modern campus. The property at 18110 SE 34th St. was built in 1980. The existing 700,000-square-foot campus comprises six buildings with office, flex and light manufacturing space. It includes an exterior courtyard, and amenities such as basketball and volleyball courts, a community garden and park area.
JLL’s Evan Pariser, Marko Kazanjian, Nicco Lupo, and Casey Davidson arranged financing for the deal.
