New Acquisition Pro for Top Development Firm

Have a property to sell? Something ready for redevelopment? Adam Metzger has joined L&L Holding Company as Vice President of Acquisitions.
The 31-year-old will focus on finding new investment opportunities for the firm, which has recently worked on high-profile redevelopments like the landmark retail space in the lobby of 195 Broadway, and the development of 425 Park Ave. “We are pleased to welcome Adam as we continue our never-ending search for the next great New York City project,” said David Levinson, chairman and CEO of L&L Holding Company.
Metzger spent the last year as an independent real estate advisor, and also served six years at Normandy Real Estate Partners, including as vice president of acquisitions and investments, where he focused on value-add investments throughout the East Coast.
