NeuroBo Pharmaceuticals Signs 2-Year WeWork Lease in Back Bay

NeuroBo Pharmaceuticals has signed a two-year, 88-person lease at WeWork’s 200 Berkeley St. location in Boston’s Back Bay. The lease begins Dec. 2 and requires the Boston-based pharmaceutical company to pay a $98,325 service retainer ahead of moving in.

Currently, the 10-person, full-time NeuroBo team works at co-working space Business District at 177 Huntington Ave. At WeWork, NeuroBo will have private offices as well as access to internal conference space. WeWork’s 200 Berkeley location is more than 116,000 square feet.

In July, NeuroBo announced a merger with Gemphire Therapeutics, a Michigan-based biopharmaceutical company. The NeuroBo name will be used for the merged company.
