NETSCOUT Leases 145K-SF Building for Regional R&D Office
A leading provider of cybersecurity solutions will relocate its regional R&D office to Allen’s Watters Creek area in Allen, TX. Netscout Systems, Inc. leased a new 145,000-square-foot office building in Kaizen Development Partners’s One Bethany at Watters Creek.
Westford, Mass.-based Netscout will relocate roughly 500 employees to the three-story building in summer 2018. Netscout’s class A facility will feature an outdoor courtyard, fitness center and cafeteria, and parking garage for exclusive use of its employees.
The publicly-traded company considered more than five communities in the Dallas/Fort Worth area before selecting One Bethany at Watters Creek. The 17-acre master-planned campus will contain up to one million square feet of office space at full build out.
“After extensive city searches, Allen, Texas offered the right location for our new facility,” said Michael Szabados, Netscout’s Chief Operating Officer.
