Net-Leased 7-Eleven Trades for $7M in Venice

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $6.5 million sale of a net-leased retail property occupied by 7-Eleven in Venice.

Located at in Venice, the 3,010-square-foot property was recently constructed and is occupied by 7-Eleven on a 15-year absolute net lease.

Gabriel Britti, Kevin O’Hanlon and Ronnie Issenberg of Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the transaction. The buyer was an individual/personal trust.
