Nelson Team Markets Pair of UWS Resi Properties
Avison Young’s Tri-State Investment Sales Group is marketing both 2651-2657 Broadway, also known as 230 W. 101st St., and 258 W. 97th St. for sale. The firm’s James Nelson, Mitchell Levine, Brandon Polakoff and Alexandra Marolda are marketing the assets.
The 2651-2657 Broadway property is a seven-story, mixed-use residential elevator building with 160 feet of wraparound frontage, comprised of 125 residential units, along with three retail spaces at grade level. The asking price is $22 million.
The nearby 258 W. 97th is a seven-story, mixed-use residential elevator building with 49 feet of frontage, containing 93 residential units. The seller is asking $14 million.
“Both of these residential properties offer a great Upper West Side location near Riverside Park and an in-place Certificate of Non-Harassment which presents investors the opportunity to pursue a variety of development and conversion options,” said Nelson.
