Nationwide Continues Buildout at Grandview MXU in Columbus

Nationwide Realty Investors has multiple new projects underway at Grandview Yard, the mixed-use development in what had been a blighted industrial district in Columbus, OH’s Grandview Heights neighborhood. These include a two-story office building and a three-building townhome complex, along with a pair of single-family home communities in various stages of development.

Ground has been broken on a 34,000-square-foot office property at 950 Goodale Blvd., within the MXU. Law firm Carlile Patchen & Murphy will occupy 17,000 square feet.

Joining the mix of residential offerings at Grandview Yard, which also include newly-completed rental apartments, will be a townhome product called the Junction. It will consist of 20 two-story townhome residences.

“As Grandview Yard continues to grow, we’re able to provide an even more engaging mixed-use environment for our office tenants and residents, and deliver a thriving development for this community,” said Brian J. Ellis, Nationwide’s president and COO.
