Nathan Arnold Joins Mohr Partners from CBRE
Mohr Partners, Inc. expanded its leadership team with the addition of Nathan Arnold as a managing partner, joining Tony Weinstine in the Minneapolis office. Arnold previously worked with CBRE, consulting with corporations on industrial, office and retail transactions.
Mohr Partners’ Robert Shibuya says, “Nate’s extensive experience in helping businesses strategically manage their real estate portfolios will enable Mohr Partners to become a leading tenant advisory firm in the Twin Cities, and significantly expand our integrated corporate real estate service offering throughout the U.S.”
Arnold brings more than 20 years of corporate real estate experience, and has handled some of the largest industrial and office transactions in the Twin Cities.
Weinstine says, “Nate and I had a collaborative working relationship during our tenure at a former firm from 2002-2009. Our complementary skill-set will provide a greater foundation from which to build the Mohr enterprise in the Twin Cities.”
