Nashville Office Building Trades for $44M
TA Realty has acquired Two Greenway Centre, a five-story office building in Franklin, TN. The sales price was $43.5 million, according to various media outlets.
The 155,000-square-foot property is located at 302 Innovation Dr., 16 miles south of Nashville. Charlotte-based developer Crescent Communities began construction on the property in 2015, with the first office tenants moving in during 2017. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the sale of the property on behalf of Crescent.
“We are pleased to deliver an exceptional community in this rapidly-growing and highly sought-after submarket of Nashville,” said Sagar Rathie, vice president of development at Crescent Communities. “Like many of the notable companies who have recently announced plans to expand their operations in this area, we are drawn to the rich surrounding amenities and the quality of life Franklin has to offer.”
