NAPCO Bag & Film Inks 81K-SF Deal

NAPCO Bag & Film signed a lease for an entire industrial facility, totaling 81,535 square feet, in Carrollton, TX. The building, situated on 4.1 acres at 2908 Commodore Dr. in the north Dallas suburb, will help expand the tenant’s recycling capabilities. NAPCO, which manufactures and sells can liners, currently operates at 1435 Bradley Ln. in Carrollton.

Greg Nelson with Paladin represented the tenant. Michelle Hudson and Tom Hudson with Hudson Peters Commercial negotiated on behalf of the landlord, ML Realty Partners of Itasca, IL. “Location, clear height and power capabilities are the main attributes that attracted NAPCO to the property,” said ML Realty Partners’ Matthew Smith. The landlord acquired the 1990s building in late 2018.

Connect Industrial is coming up on November 19th in Houston. You can get more details and register to attend on this link.
