Nancy Shultz Joins Duke from Dermody

Nancy Shultz

Duke Realty Corporation hired Nancy Shultz as Senior Vice President to oversee its 10.4-million-square-foot SoCal industrial portfolio. Shultz, an experienced industrial real estate professional whose accomplishments include completing more than $1 billion of building and land transactions in the market, will work to grow the portfolio through new development and investment opportunities.

Duke Realty’s Chris Burns says, “We are pleased to add an experienced commercial real estate professional to our team, as we grow this market and service our customers’ supply chain needs. Nancy has a proven record of success in commercial real estate and will be a real asset to our operations.”

Shultz joins from Dermody Properties, where she was SVP of capital deployment for the Southwest Region. Prior to joining Dermody Properties, she served as VP of capital deployment at Prologis and AMB Property Corporation.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
