NAI Partners Negotiates New Houston Transactions

NAI Partners’ Houston office recently negotiated the following transactions:

RE:3D struck a deal with landlord Aerotech Business Sources LLC to lease 7,074 square feet at 1100 Hercules in Houston. Chris Haro with NAI Partners represented the tenant. John Braun of Bayou Properties Realty was on hand for the landlord. Gigabot, RE:3D’s flagship technology, enables industrial strength, large format 3D printing at an affordable price.

Broadstone IELC Texas LLC sold a 7,806-square-foot, single-tenant medical office building at 926 N. Wilcrest Dr. in Houston to Zhanglu Texas LLC. NAI Partners’ Joshua Lass-Sughrue represented the seller. Ada Wang with KW Commercial advised the buyer.
