NAI Partners Finalizes Belton Warehouse Deal
NAI Partners recently arranged the sale of 1000 Kirkley, a 62,375-square-foot industrial warehouse situated on 5.21 acres off of Highway 190 in Belton. Buyer, seller and deal terms weren’t disclosed.
A team of Ryan McCullough, Tyler Jaynes, Connor Watson and Patrick Hill represented the seller.
“We’re excited to have been able to complete this transaction for our client as quickly as we did, with only four months from listing to closing,” said Jaynes. “We received multiple offers among numerous interested parties and located the buyer through targeted marketing in the area focusing on owner/users looking for expansion opportunities.”
1000 Kirkley was built in 2005, and features concrete tilt construction, convenient access to U.S. Highway 190 and Interstate 35, ample parking, 30′ clear height, three phase 480 V Power, two grade level doors, one dock high door, and a secured yard.
