NAI Partners Arranges Physicians Group’s Lease

NAI Partners recently arranged a 4,032-square-foot office lease for San Antonio Kidney Disease Center at 2391 NE Loop 410 within the Marymont Park Office Park in San Antonio. The lease runs for six years.

NAI Partners’ Jorge Martinez represented the landlord in the transaction. Jon Wiegand of Alamo Capital Advisors represented the tenant, a physicians group established in 1978.

Recently, NAI Partners’ San Antonio team arranged an 11,380-square-foot industrial lease for Solwel at Isom Business Center in San Antonio. The brokerage’s Carlos Marquez and Colten Courtney represented the tenant in the transaction.
