NAI Hiffman Team Brings Grocery Concept to Forest Park

An NAI Hiffman team has arranged a lease for 70,211 square feet at Forest Park Plaza in Forest Park, IL, on behalf of the property’s ownership. Living Fresh Market, representing a new concept for the third generation of local grocers the Casaccio family, will fill the eastern anchor location for Forest Park Plaza, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Living Word Christian Center.

Living Fresh has invested over $2.5 million in developing, rehabilitating and opening the new location. In exchange, Living Fresh will receive certain TIF incentive reimbursement payments from the Village of Forest Park over the next seven years.

NAI Hiffman’s Dan Hiffman and Jana Foreman represented ownership, and worked closely with Living Word’s director of real estate. The property is now 95% occupied.
