NAI Hiffman Secures 7 Leases in Oak Brook
NAI Hiffman EVP Patrick Kiefer has represented owner American Realty Advisors in seven leases at Oak Brook Regency Towers, totaling more than 70,000 square feet and bringing occupancy to 94%. Deals included:
– Collegis in a new lease for 27,441 square feet, represented by CBIZ Gibraltar Real Estate Services’ Bill Main and Noah Turner.
– On Point Technology renewing for 12,656 square feet, represented by CBRE’s Diana Riekse.
– Wells Fargo Advisors expanding by 2,297 square feet, represented by JLL’s Jeff Miller.
– Northwestern Memorial HealthCare expanding by 2,429 square feet, represented by JLL’s Sarah Cogswell.
– Kensington International renewing for 8,886 square feet, represented by CBRE’s Gary Fazzio.
– Creative Planning in a new lease for 4,642 square feet, represented by Tim Hart, formerly of Colliers International.
– Hauser, Izzo, Petrarca, Gleason & Stillman Inc., represented by JLL’s Kevin Rogers, renewing for 2,502 square feet.
