NAI Global Affiliates Partner on Columbus, OH Sale-Leasebacks

Two NAI Global affiliates, NAI Hiffman and NAI Ohio Equities, represented the seller in the sale-leaseback of two mission-critical distribution and logistics facilities in Columbus, OH. Weston Inc. purchased the assets, located at 1727 Georgesville Rd. (pictured) and 5400 Renner Rd., totaling 356,004 square feet, from FST Logistics, which then entered into a long-term SLB for 100% of the space.

“This deal offers FST Logistics the opportunity to monetize its long-term tenancy in these assets, while continuing to serve its national clients’ unique and demanding logistics needs and freeing up capital to focus on its core business,” said Ted Staszak, SVP with NAI Hiffman.

Staszak and his NAI Hiffman colleagues Pat Sullivan and Ryan Chambers, together with NAI Ohio Equities’ Curt Berlin, Blake DeCrane and Matt Osowski, represented FST Logistics in the sale.
