NAI Capital Negotiates Nearly $12M Vernon Flex/Office Deal

A 39,409-square-foot office building in Vernon sold for $11,600,000 or roughly $294-per-square-foot. The office building is located at 3375 E Slauson Ave. within the Commerce/Vernon Industrial submarket.

The two-story flex/office building sits on a 77,389-square-foot lot and was built in 2006. The building features a high-end corporate office build-out, two passenger/freight elevators, a secured fenced parking lot, full kitchen with a lunchroom and training room.

NAI Capital’s Philip “Ted” Attalla, David Moore and Amber Leigh negotiated the transaction. The buyer and seller were undisclosed.

Attalla says, “The final consummated sales price is a clear representation that the Vernon/Commerce real estate market is a strong component of the Los Angeles Central region and remains a desirable place to operate your business. Values continue to stay strong, despite the current economic challenges during the 2020 business year.”
