NAI Capital Completes $12M Retail Sale in Seal Beach
Rodi Properties, LLC & Zoeter Place, LLC divested a two-building multi-tenant retail center in Seal Beach, CA for $12 million. The buyer in the off-market deal was Gary Sauter, a private individual investor.
The sale included buildings located at 1190 and 1198 Pacific Coast Hwy. The property is in a central location, with ample parking, and high visibility on PCH. At the time of the sale the project was 98% leased.
NAI Capital’s Sheri McCanless, who represented the seller, says “Small freestanding retail centers located in very desirable locations rarely are available for sale. The property received several unsolicited offers, and closed within one week.”
